Some options on large trash moulds manufacturing

Trash bin size from 5L-60L and in various of shape.

Trash molds steel we do always use P20/718/H13 for not big size.

For larg bin mould,for example,size above 30L,we always use P20/718,HRC30-35°.

The reason we don’t use H13 for big bin mould is that there is high risk on rack problem. 

H13 HRC is about 45-48°,high HRC on big steel easy cause rack problem.

So when do large can mould,we always choose P20H/718H,HRC30-35°。
