During production,mold be heated,water in the mold surface also be heated,

Then Water will be divided with H+,

Then H+ + Cl- To be HCl,HCl eat the steel,then corrison occurs on the mold sruface.

But Cr element resists corrison.

So normally,for PVC molds,

1.Use P20 with Cr plated

2.Use stainless steel.
